For domestic shipping within Australia, we offer free shipping on all orders exceeding $99. For orders below $99, our standard shipping rate is $10.45 Orders submitted before 5:00PM SYD time will be processed on the same day, while those placed after 5:00PM SYD will be processed the following day excludes weekends and NSW public holidays. 

We will send you tracking numbers via email when they become available, indicating that your order is in transit. Please bear in mind that these timeframes are provided as a rough estimate, and external factors beyond our control may affect the final delivery date. Express Shipping - AUSTRALIA Our Express Post delivery service, offered through Australia Post, is accessible nationwide and can be selected during the checkout process. Orders for Express Post shipping placed on any business day before 11 am SYD time will be dispatched on the same day, with the exception of weekends and NSW public holidays. To determine the specific delivery times for Express Post to your location from Sydney, we recommend referring to the Australia Post website.

Return deliveries to Dalia's pantry warehouse (domestic and international)

In the event that a product is returned to Dalia's Pantry by the delivery company due to the customer's failure to receive the item, Dalia's Pantry reserves the right to request additional payment to cover the costs associated with redelivery. Instances of failure to receive encompass scenarios such as multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts by the courier company, the failure to retrieve items from a designated collection point, or the provision of inaccurate address details to Dalia's Pantry.
