Does Dalia's Pantry Harissa become firmer in the fridge?
Yes, Dalia's Pantry Harissa can become firmer in the fridge. This is due to the cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil we use, which naturally hardens at lower temperatures. We choose not to compromise by using seed oils because we are committed to providing the highest quality ingredients for our customers.
If you’d like to return the Harissa to its original consistency, simply leave it out at room temperature for a few minutes, or microwave it for about 10 seconds before use.
