1/2 Cup unsalted butter, softened
1-2 tablespoons Dalia’s Smoky Chipotle Harissa paste
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt to taste

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, add the softened butter and Smoky Chipotle harissa paste.
Using a fork or spoon, thoroughly mix the harissa paste into the butter until well combined. The butter should have a uniform red colour from the harissa.
Add the lemon juice, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, and garlic powder to the bowl. Mix everything together until the spices are evenly distributed throughout the butter.
Taste the harissa butter and add salt if desired. The amount of salt needed will depend on your preference and the saltiness of the harissa paste.
Once you are satisfied with the flavour, transfer the harissa butter to a small jar or container with a lid.
You can use the harissa butter immediately or refrigerate it for later use. It will keep well in the refrigerator for a couple of weeks.
