8 lamb chops
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (15 ml)
4-5 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon onion powder (5 g)
1 teaspoon smoked paprika (5 g)
3 tablespoons hot sauce (45 ml)
2 teaspoons fresh thyme, finely chopped (2 g)
2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped (2 g)
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, finely chopped (1 g)
1 tablespoon lemon juice (15 ml)
1 teaspoon salt (5 g)
1 teaspoon black pepper (5 g)
60 ml extra virgin olive oil (¼ cup)
2 tablespoons Dalia's Pantry Smoky Chipotle Harissa (30 g)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a bowl, mix together all ingredients except the lamb chops.
Add the lamb chops to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated.
Let the lamb chops marinate for about 30 minutes for optimal flavour.
Transfer the marinated lamb chops to a baking dish or sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 57°C (135°F).
Remove from the oven and serve immediately.

Notes

For a more intense flavour, marinate the lamb chops for longer than 30 minutes, if possible.

Ensure your lamb chops are at room temperature before cooking for even cooking.

You can serve these lamb chops with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
