Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 2 cups lettuce, shredded
Harissa Marinade
- 2 tablespoons Dalia's Pantry Original Harissa
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together Dalia's Pantry Original Harissa, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken thighs in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or preferably overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill the chicken thighs for 6-8 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and nicely charred.
- Warm the flour tortillas in a skillet
- To assemble the wraps, place a handful of shredded lettuce down the center of each tortilla. Top with sliced tomatoes, red onion, and grilled chicken slices.(you can also add mayo for extra flavour)
- Fold the bottom edge of the tortilla up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly to enclose the filling.
- Serve the Harissa Chicken Wraps with your favorite dipping sauce or alongside a fresh salad.
