  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 cups lettuce, shredded

Harissa Marinade

  • 2 tablespoons Dalia's Pantry Original Harissa
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together Dalia's Pantry Original Harissa, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Place the chicken thighs in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill the chicken thighs for 6-8 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and nicely charred.
  4. Warm the flour tortillas in a skillet
  5. To assemble the wraps, place a handful of shredded lettuce down the center of each tortilla. Top with sliced tomatoes, red onion, and grilled chicken slices.(you can also add mayo for extra flavour)
  6. Fold the bottom edge of the tortilla up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly to enclose the filling.
  7. Serve the Harissa Chicken Wraps with your favorite dipping sauce or alongside a fresh salad.
