For the Tomato Topping

500g baby tomatoes, quartered or chopped
60ml fresh basil leaves, chopped or torn
1 garlic clove, minced
15ml extra virgin olive oil
5ml balsamic vinegar
2.5ml dried oregano (optional)
15g Dalia's Pantry Truffle Harissa

For the Bruschetta Toasts:

500g baby tomatoes, quartered or chopped
60ml fresh basil leaves, chopped or torn
5ml balsamic vinegar
2.5ml dried oregano (optional)
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
15g Dalia's Pantry Truffle Harissa

Bruschetta Toasts

6-8 slices ciabatta or sourdough bread
1 garlic clove, halved
227g burrata cheese

Instructions

Mix all topping ingredients in a bowl. Season to taste and set aside.
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Arrange bread slices on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, season, and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden. Rub each slice with garlic while warm.
Tear burrata and distribute over toasts. Add tomato topping, avoiding excess liquid. Garnish with balsamic glaze, basil, and sea salt. Serve immediately.
